Shipping options:

2: Airmail by Hong Kong Post

The shipping transfer time is depending on the shipping option you choose, the destination and what items you order.
For examples, for USA, Canada or European countries, the shipping transfer days are estimated to be:

1: EMS by Hong Kong or China Post: 7-10 business days
2: Airmail by Hong Kong Post: 9-15 business days

Tips: Eastern Europe, South America and Africa, a relatively increase in shipping time.


Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the gross weight and the destination of your order, including package box and the packaging materials. the system will show you the shipping charges on each detailed product description screen.


Delivery

In case your requested shipping address is different from your registered address with us, we will email you to reconfirm the address. There will be an additional fee to the buyer for incorrect or mistyped shipping addresses, which is charged by courier.

Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.


Insurance

When you are selected to ship via SpeedPost, your packages will be insured up to a certain amount. Shipment by airmail will not be insured and at customers' own risk.

We will not hold any responsibility after the package leaves the store. However, we will try our effort to trace and retrieve any potentially lost parcel.


Import Duty and Taxes

Custom policies vary from country to country. Your orders may be subject to import duties and taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance and must be borne by you. Leopard Model has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If the package is refused and returned to us due to your refusal to pay customs tax and duties, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 20% of your order amount. Shipping fees are not refundable. The remaining balance will then be refunded back to you.

You can manage to track your order through My Account section. We will email you the shipping notification, with tracking number when your order is shipped


Return Policy

Returning Merchandise

We offer a MONEY-BACK guarantee. if you are not satisfied with your purchases. Within 18 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, in its original carton or packaging with all parts. Merchandise must be unopened to receive a refund. All authorized returns will be credited to your account, less original shipping charges. Apart from shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, we charge and deduct a 20% restocking fee on all items returned and will deduct it from your refund amount. No return or exchange for opened the products. Customer must pay for shipping on returns. Refused Shipments will also be charge 20% restocking fee and will be credited less shipping fees.

Before you send back the item, please inform us by sending us an email. Your email should include the order number, order date, your full name, email address, item code and a brief and accurate description of the problem. Items should then be returned in its original packaging and original unused and resalable condition.

Damaged Returns

If you receive items damaged via SpeedPost, please take the following steps to make a claim. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the delivery and then find shipping damage, please save all packaging material and documents and email us for assistance. We will then notify the shipping agent and take appropriate action to make the claim.

If you receive the package damaged via AirMail HK Post, you should inquire your local post office, showing them the damage (it is best if they witness you open the box), and filing a damage claim, as procedures vary country by country. Or you can contact us for assistance.
